Recordline provides funded-book monitoring. This page explains how we handle information you send us.

What we collect. Contact details you email us (name, email, company), and funded-book lists you choose to share for a pilot (typically address, parcel, and loan identifiers). We also collect ordinary web logs if you visit this site (IP, browser, pages viewed).

How we use it. To run monitoring you asked for, reply to your messages, and operate or improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing. We use processors that help us email and host the site. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention. Pilot lists and related emails are kept only as long as needed for the engagement or a reasonable follow-up window, then deleted or archived securely.
