What the service is. Recordline monitors public recorder-style filings against properties on a funded book you provide and may email exception notices when something appears to move. It is a monitoring signal only.

What it is not. Not a certified municipal lien search. Not a title opinion. Not E&O-backed. We do not certify that any property is clear. Silence is not a clean-title certificate. We can miss filings that never hit the public sources we watch.

Your lists. You represent that you have the right to share the funded-book data you send us, and that you will use our notices for your own internal risk review — not as a substitute for a formal search or closing product.

No warranty. The site and any monitoring are provided as available, without warranties of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Recordline is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses from relying on silence or on an exception email as a final title or lien determination.
